Project update #16

Hi,

Just a quick update this time, as a significant part of our week was spent finalizing the first quarter’s administration.

Motion System

We’ve received most of the motion system components from our supplier. We're currently performing quality control, and so far, everything looks good. We’re still waiting on some smaller parts, such as pulleys and bearings, but we expect them to arrive soon, at which point we’ll be able to integrate them into a pre-production unit.

PCB Testing

PCB testing went well! We successfully flashed the software onto the main board and ran some initial tests using our previous prototype. Once all motion system parts arrive, we’ll integrate the new PCB into the prototype. This will allow us to test the new additions, including several safety features and improvements in cutting speed and power.
